Our planning support is fully customizable—to both your needs and your budget. We offer the option to add partial planning sessions or specific services along the way, so you can choose the level of assistance that feels right for you.

What’s the Difference Between Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full-Service Planning?

Day-of Coordination
You’ve planned everything—now you need someone to make it all run smoothly. We step in about a month before your event to confirm logistics, finalize the timeline, coordinate with vendors, and manage the day itself. It’s all about execution and peace of mind.

Partial Planning
You’re handling most of the planning but want guidance along the way. We offer support at key milestones—like vendor referrals, budgeting help, timeline creation, and design feedback—plus day-of coordination. It’s a collaborative approach with expert backup when you need it.

Full-Service Planning
From the moment you get engaged to the final guest goodbye, we handle everything. This includes design development, vendor booking and communication, budget management, logistics, and more. You get end-to-end support so you can focus on enjoying the process. You can upgrade to this option if possible, start this by process by setting up a consultation with us.

Ensure your event runs smoothly and stress-free with Day-of Coordination. We’ll manage all the logistics so you can focus on enjoying every moment.
What’s Included:
• Timeline Management: Keep vendors and guests on schedule.
• Vendor Coordination: Main point of contact for all vendors.
• Rehearsal Coordination: Lead the rehearsal and confirm flow.
• Event Oversight: Manage guest flow, setup, and transitions.
• Problem-Solving: Handle issues discreetly, keeping stress away.

Partial Planning

$1200 (for two 4-hour sessions)
