An independent event coordinator goes beyond that, ensuring that your entire wedding or event vision comes together seamlessly. We manage timelines, vendor communication, design execution, and any unexpected challenges that arise. Essentially, we act as your advocate and point person, so you can fully enjoy your day without stress, while the venue coordinator focuses on their specific responsibilities.

Day-of Coordination
You’ve planned everything—now let us make it run smoothly. We step in about a month before your event to finalize the timeline, confirm logistics, coordinate with vendors, and manage the day itself. Our focus is flawless execution and peace of mind so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

Partial Planning
You’re handling most of the planning but want guidance along the way. We provide support at key milestones—like vendor recommendations, budget guidance, timeline creation, and design feedback—plus day-of coordination. It’s a collaborative approach with expert backup whenever you need it.

Full-Service Planning
From the moment you get engaged to the final guest goodbye, we handle everything. This includes vendor communication and booking, budget management, logistics, and planning support. We recommend booking as soon as you’re able, as dates tend to fill up quickly. Planning ahead gives us time to fully understand your vision, coordinate every detail, and ensure your day runs smoothly—so you can relax and enjoy the process. While last-minute availability is sometimes possible, securing your date early provides the most options and peace of mind.


Yes! We work with couples and clients on destination weddings and events beyond our local area. We have experience in Utah, Texas, New York, and Mexico, and we would love to add more locations to our list. Our goal is to plan a wedding in all 50 states! We handle all the details, including travel logistics and coordination, to ensure your event runs smoothly no matter the location. Day-of Coordination

Starting at $2,000

Ensure your wedding/event runs smoothly with a day of Coordinator. We manage the details so you can enjoy every moment.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Lead the rehearsal and confirm flow.

With HAUS Full Planning, we guide you through every detail of your wedding or event, managing all logistics and coordination so you can enjoy the process stress-free. This includes seven four-hour long planning sessions, creating a detailed timeline to keep everything on track, reviewing contracts, coordinating with vendors, overseeing rehearsals and the event day, and providing an emergency kit to handle any last-minute issues discreetly.
