Event Design focuses on the visual and experiential elements. Designers create the look and feel of your event, including color palettes, floral arrangements, decor, lighting, table settings, signage, and overall atmosphere. Their goal is to make your vision come to life and ensure every detail aligns with your style and theme.

Absolutely! While we offer full-service planning and have an in-house floral team, our event design services can also be booked independently. We have collaborated with many outside planning and floral teams over the years and truly enjoy working alongside our fellow vendors. Whether you’re using your own team or ours, we’ll focus on bringing your vision to life with creative direction, thoughtful design, and seamless styling—always supporting the team you choose to make your event exceptional.

Ideal for: Couples who want a polished, custom design without full-service planning. Perfect for those who already have vendors booked or prefer to handle the logistics themselves while still receiving expert design direction. 

Refined Design Package

Starting at $3,000

Hours of support: Up to 30 hours, including initial consultation and key design review sessions

Services included: Concept boards, color palettes, floor plans, décor guidance, styling recommendations, and vendor collaboration to keep your vision cohesive

Ideal for: Couples who want a custom, polished design but may handle some logistics themselves or already have select vendors booked

Full Design Package

Starting at $6,000

Time: Up to 60 hours, including consultations, concept development, design refinements, and on-site styling

Services included: Concept boards, color palettes, floor plans, décor guidance, styling recommendations, vendor collaboration, and full creative oversight to ensure your event reflects your vision
